Mother's Day Crafts for Kids

Mother's Day is a special day for the page to honor our mothers in September And 'the second Sunday of May. Making gifts is a wonderful way for children, their love for those who mean so much to show them.

2 cups baking soda

1 cup cornstarch (cornflour)

1 1 / 4 cup cold water

Mix baking soda and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water and cook over medium heatstirring constantly, until mixture reaches consistency of moist mashed potatoes (about 6 to 10 minutes). If clay is cooked too long, finished crafts may crack.
Remove mixture to the pot and wipe with a damp cloth. While playing the sound quite cool, beat until smooth. If you find the clay crumbles with it at work, add a few drops of water at a time to soften. If you find clay adheres to the surface hard and smooth that you are working, use clay on wax paper.
